Horizons Golf Resort is one of those rounds you talk about for weeks. Graham Marsh and Ross Watson carved 18 holes out of the bush and wetlands above Salamander Bay in 1992, and the layout still belts above its weight. Par 72 championship, four sets of tees so everyone gets a fair go.
The 17th gets all the press, and rightly so. A short par 3 with marsh right, bunker left, and a sneaky front bunker that's tricked plenty - It even made the cut in 1001 Golf Holes to Play Before You Die.
