TaylorMade will continue its incredible support for Future Golf’s event series, as it looks to extend to over 250 events across six states with more than 11,650 attendances in 2023. These engaging events and tour series serve as a testament to the commitment of both Future Golf and TaylorMade to foster a thriving golf community that welcomes players at all stages of their golfing journey.

Future Golf members will continue to be able to unlock exclusive opportunities around TaylorMade product, experiences, and value-adding opportunities. About TaylorMade:
In the spring of 1979 a golf equipment salesman named Gary Adams took out a $24,000 loan on his home and founded the TaylorMade Golf Company. He rented a 6,000 square-foot building that at one time housed a television assembly plant. Counting him, there were three employees and a single, innovative product: a 12-degree driver cast of stainless steel. This new metalwood looked and sounded different from a wooden wood, and most important, it performed differently. The clubhead’s perimeter-weighting offered greater forgiveness on mis-hits, while the lower center of gravity made it easier to launch the ball in the air. Adams, the son of a golf professional, was adamant that TaylorMade clubs maintain ties to what true golfers perceived an authentic golf club should look and feel like. They were committed to combining innovation with authenticity, to always be passionate about the game, and pledged to be competitive – to work hard to establish itself and grow. These four tenets would take them far.

Future Golf is proud to announce the launch of its latest innovation – the RDO Golf Events. This series of team gatherings, exclusively tailored for RDOs throughout 2024, offers a unique opportunity to trade in the tools for golf clubs and revel in the joy of the game at a new timeslot.

Catering to both seasoned golfers and those looking to explore the sport, the RDO Golf Events invite individuals to register as single players. Future Golf will pair participants up for a day of memorable moments on the greens.

Set against the backdrop of partner courses, these events promise a unique golfing experience and a must-attend throughout the calendar. From lush fairways to challenging bunkers, participants will have the chance to engage with the game on some of the finest golfing destinations.

However, the RDO Golf Events aren’t merely about the competition. The allure of these events extends beyond the game itself, with participants vying for partner prizes ranging from top-tier golf gear to exclusive golfing experiences.

January’s first event had an overwhelming response to sell out within hours, early registration is strongly recommended from February events onward. The popularity of Future Golf’s offerings speaks volumes about the growing and continued interest in golfing your own way.

In a year of remarkable growth and innovation, Future Golf is proud to reflect on its achievements in 2023. With a growing community of enthusiasts and a host of new initiatives, Future Golf has strengthened its position as the ultimate golf membership.

Membership Growth and Engagement

There has been a remarkable increase in membership over 2023, growing to over 16,000 members. This growth is indicative of Future Golf’s commitment to providing an inclusive and engaging avenue for golf enthusiasts. An impressive 72% of members graduated to playing on a golf course for the first time since joining.

Record-Breaking Events

The year was packed with celebrated golfing events, totaling 233 across Australia. These events witnessed a collective attendance of over 11,650 people! Each event was thoughtfully planned to cater to the diverse preferences of our members, ranging from casual meet-ups to competitive tournaments.

Expansion of Partner Courses

A key milestone in 2023 was the expansion of our partner course network. We are proud to announce that our partnerships now extend to 131 golf courses nationwide. The new additions include 15 in VIC, 9 in NSW, 2 in QLD, and 8 in SA. Some noteworthy new prestige partners include Glenelg (SA), The Grange (SA), Heritage (Vic), The Eastern (Vic) and Monash (NSW). This expansion not only offers our members a wider range of courses to enjoy, but also strengthens our offering within the golfing community. 

Transition to Traditional Golf Clubs

We’re incredibly proud to announce that close to 2,000 of our players have transitioned to memberships at partner golf courses. This transition is a core aspect of our partnership model, and demonstrates the tangible benefits of being part of the Future Golf community. A whopping 7,300 members have now successfully transitioned to partner golf courses. This equates to an impressive $73M that has been generated for partner courses by Future Golf.

Innovative Commercial Partnerships

This year marked the beginning of new and exciting partnerships. Our collaboration with 2K Games brought exclusive offers and opportunities to our members, enhancing their gaming and golfing experiences. We also partnered with The No.1 Sporting Coaching Platform, Skillest, which provided members with expert coaching and insights to improve their game.

Future Golf introduced Melbourne’s first Stadium Golf experience at Marvel Stadium. This three week event was a huge hit, welcoming over 4500 guests who hit over 85,000 golf balls! We even saw 15 holes in one. We’re excited to bring an even bigger and better experience back next year.

Future Golf has also strengthened its partnership with X-Golf in 2023, a leader in indoor golf simulators, providing members with exclusive benefits across 21 locations nationwide.

Future Golf, Australia’s largest golf club community, is thrilled to announce an expansion of their long standing partnership with X-Golf, a leader in indoor golf simulators and mini-golf entertainment. This collaboration will now offer Future Golf members an array of exclusive benefits, tailored to their membership level, making it an even more exciting time for members.

X-Golf’s network has expanded to encompass 21 locations nationwide, ensuring that golf enthusiasts across all states have the perfect complement to the fast-growing Future Golf community.

Future Golf members, who have enjoyed this partnership since its inception, will now receive a yearly X-Golf voucher, enhancing their golfing experience and adding further value to their membership:

• Clubhouse members will receive a $10 voucher
• Social receive a $25 voucher
• Golfer members can take advantage of a great value $50 voucher
